To cause less waste each bag is made to order, please allow a week for me to make and post. Flat fifteen is a one man band, please be patient with me!
Uk 2-3 days sent with Royal Mail
Europe 3-8 days sent with Parcel Force
Rest of the World 8-14 days sent with DPD or Parcel Force
All packaging is recyclable - I don't do plastic and neither should you

Returns
Everything is lovingly handmade by me from my flat in London,
so before you click add to cart please be sure that the bag you've chosen sparks joy as I am unable to offer returns*
As this is a new brand I am offering a 'make do and mend' service where if you encounter any problems with your bag babe within the first 3 months of its life, I will mend it totally for free
*If however you are not completely satisfied, please get in touch within 14 days of purchase so that we can discuss why and I'll be more than happy to help
